New rose named after Folklorika Association

On May 24, 2026, a rose variety bred by Pheno Geno Roses was officially christened and named Folklorika, in honor of the Folklorika Association from Novi Sad and its ten years of dedication to preserving and promoting folk traditions, song, and dance.

The Folklorika rose is distinguished by its lavish, intensely red blooms, richly filled with petals and borne in large clusters. With its magnificent appearance, abundant flowering, and exceptional disease resistance, it captivates rose enthusiasts and serves as a valuable addition to any garden.

The naming ceremony brought together members of the Folklorika Association, friends, and rose enthusiasts, who celebrated the unique union of tradition, culture, and horticultural artistry.
