After three busy days at IFTEX 2026 in Nairobi, it is time to look back in pictures. This year’s edition brought together a record number of exhibitors. Despite ongoing geopolitical tensions, trade restrictions, and rising freight costs, the atmosphere throughout the event remained positive and business-focused.
Across the exhibition halls, growers, breeders, suppliers, and buyers met to discuss market developments, sustainability, logistics, and new business opportunities. Breeders showcased their latest introductions, with roses and chrysanthemums attracting particular attention, while varieties such as gypsophila, strelitzia, limonium, and hypericum also featured prominently. Exhibitors noted that the visitors who made the journey to Nairobi this year were highly engaged, often combining their visit to the exhibition with tours of Kenyan flower farms.
