Foremost adds to leadership team

As Foremost continues its path of growth and evolution, the company has added to its leadership team with the appointment of Danny Salgado as Chief Operations Officer and Dwight Skinner as Vice President of Sales.

Both executives bring more than 25 years of leadership experience in their respective fields. Their complementary expertise in operations, technology, sales, and the horticulture industry will support Foremost’s continued development and its commitment to creating greater value for customers.

Danny Salgado joins Foremost as Chief Operations Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience in operations, logistics, technology, and business transformation.

Throughout his career, Salgado has advanced from hands-on roles in production, logistics, and warehouse operations to leadership positions in operational management and technology. Most recently, he served as Director of Information Technology at Sofidel, a global paper manufacturing company.

At Foremost, Salgado will lead the company’s operational strategy and help advance the systems, processes, and capabilities needed to support its continued growth. His expertise includes supply chain optimization, ERP and EDI systems, warehouse management, and process improvement.

Salgado holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Florida International University and is based in Miami, Florida.

Dwight Skinner joins Foremost as Vice President of Sales, bringing more than 25 years of experience in sales leadership, retail program development, and the horticulture industry.

Throughout his career, Skinner has worked with major national retailers, led high-performing teams, and developed sales strategies focused on sustainable growth and strong customer partnerships. His experience combines extensive industry knowledge, market insight, and a consistent focus on execution.

At Foremost, Skinner will lead the company’s sales strategy and help strengthen the connection between sales, marketing, product development, and customer experience. His leadership will support Foremost’s continued growth, market development, and commitment to serving its customers.

Skinner holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Management from Philadelphia University and is based in Winter Garden, Florida.
