As floral companies close out their 2026 calendars, many are pointing to one date that anchors the rest: the IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show (GPFS) in Orlando. For a few days each fall, the floral industry lands at the same show: buyers, growers, and suppliers all working the floor together. For exhibitors, that concentration is exactly the point.

“I would encourage anyone attending the Global Produce & Floral Show for the first time to come prepared, but also leave room for discovery,” said Gia Hill, marketing manager at The

By attending the show, it opened many doors to new business opportunities for us. The show creates an opportunity to exchange ideas and have meaningful conversations regarding tariffs, transportation, and all the segments involving our floral industry. The Global Show is the one event where I can reconnect with colleagues, build new relationships, and be inspired by everything happening across our industry.”
That mix of opportunity and discovery is what draws floral exhibitors in; a room full of the buyers and partners they most want to reach, plus the trends and ideas that shape the season ahead.
As an added benefit, new exhibitors are paired with a veteran exhibitor from the floral community, giving first-timers a direct line to someone who has already navigated booth setup, buyer meetings, and floor strategy.

IFPA has also rolled out streamlined booth packages this year, making it easier for smaller and international growers to secure a stand without building an exhibit program from scratch.
“For floral exhibitors, the payoff extends well beyond the show floor itself: a standing network of buyers, growers, and fellow innovators that keeps generating conversations and business long after the show closes.”
“A booth at GPFS isn’t just floor space, it’s a seat in the marketplace of solutions shaping where floral is headed next.”
