Javo introduces new potting machine

Javo has introduced Javo Orange Orbis: a programmable modular potting machine with a circular pot track, suitable for a wide range of pot diameters from 8 to 36 cm, with a capacity of up to 8,000 pots per hour and can rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise.

The Javo Orange Orbis potting machine is distinguished by its exceptionally short changeover time when switching between pot sizes. Thanks to advanced servo technology and fixed pot centres, tasks that are performed manually on conventional machines are now carried out fully automatically by the Javo Orange Orbis. The user-friendly HMI touchscreen allows you to adjust settings with ease and select the desired pre-programmed potting recipes in a single operation. In short, with its simple setup and changeover process combined with programmable potting recipes, the Javo Orange Orbis delivers high productivity that can be achieved quickly, without relying on the knowledge or experience of operators.
