Xpol adjusts organizational structure

Effective October 1, 2026, Xpol is adjusting its organizational structure. From that date, the executive team will consist of Tom Vermeer (CEO), Richard Aukes (CFO), and Pim van der Boog (COO).

Cees Maaskant is stepping down as General Manager, with his responsibilities being divided between the CFO and COO. Cees explains: “When I joined Xpol as an interim manager three and a half years ago, I knew it would be a temporary role. During the past few years many positive steps have been taken, and I am pleased to have played an active part in that. My time at Xpol has been wonderful, but my role is now coming to an end. I am handing over my activities to the new executive team with confidence.”

Marco Minck (formerly Operations Manager) remains with Xpol and will focus on Operational Excellence & Projects. Pim van der Boog has been appointed COO and is responsible for Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality & Compliance, with a strong focus on the further professionalization, improvement, and automation of operations. In addition to Finance, Richard Aukes will also be responsible for IT.
