Operating from its newly expanded 208,000 square foot production facility at 4 Seneca Road, South Essex Fabricating (SEF) continues to strengthen its position in greenhouse solutions and pre-engineered steel buildings across North America. “Over three decades, we have built a strong reputation for structural steel systems that support agricultural innovation and industrial growth throughout the region with over 350 greenhouse projects completed”, the team shares.

In August 2025, SEF rebranded SEF Steel Buildings to Enqor, its commercial and industrial construction division designed to expand beyond greenhouse systems into full-service commercial and industrial development.
