Festive opening for Van der Valk Solar Systems' new premises

Van der Valk Solar Systems has officially opened its new office and business facility on the Galgeweg in ‘s-Gravenzande, the Netherlands, following a two-year construction period. The project, which falls under the broader Van der Valk Systemen group, marks a significant step in the company’s continued growth. “The future is built by people who dare to think differently,” said owner Hans van der Valk.

What began as an ambitious construction project has grown into a modern working environment designed to accommodate staff, clients, and business relations.

Room for growth and innovation
The new complex, which covers a total area of 23,000 m², was taken into use in August 2025 and has since supported the company’s day-to-day operations. The facility provides substantial capacity for logistics, production, and collaboration. It includes an 11,000 m² warehouse with three dock shelters and five overhead doors, pallet storage capacity for 4,232 units, and on-site stock of 446 different product lines.

The building also houses modern office spaces, a showroom, and dedicated training facilities, all designed to promote efficient working and knowledge-sharing across the organisation.

Festive opening
The facility was officially opened over a two-day event on 10 and 11 April 2025. Clients, business relations, and employees’ family members were welcomed for guided tours, live demonstrations, and various activities. Visitor turnout was strong, and the occasion reflected both the collective achievement behind the project and the company’s ambitions going forward.

Looking ahead
With the new office and warehouse now fully operational, Van der Valk Solar Systems is positioned for further growth. The showroom and training facilities will be used actively to share knowledge with customers and partners. The expanded storage capacity also allows the company to respond quickly to increasing market demand.
