Leo Quik departs Quik's Farm after 16 years

Leo Quik has marked his final day at Quik’s Farm Ltd., bringing to a close a 16-year chapter with the Western Canadian floral company.

Reflecting on the journey, Quik acknowledged both the rewards and the challenges that accompany rapid growth. “I have been most privileged to work alongside an incredible group of colleagues, clients, industry representatives, suppliers, and mentors who have both challenged and supported me,” he said in a statement. “These are relationships I hope to carry long into the future.”

As he steps away, Leo expressed confidence in the road ahead for the company. “As the world of floral continues to grow and innovate, I am confident Quik’s Farm will remain a preferred partner for quality, service, and professionalism,” he said, extending his best wishes to the next generation of leaders within the organization.

He also paid tribute to his family, his wife Rita and their six children, crediting them as a constant source of support and inspiration throughout his tenure. His faith, too, he noted, has been a guiding presence throughout this season of his career.

“As I move into the next chapter of my life, I am excited for new opportunities to serve, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of the industry I have come to love,” Leo said in conclusion.
