During a festive awards ceremony in Aalsmeer on Thursday evening, 8 October, the winners of the Glass Tulip Awards were announced. In front of a full audience of growers, traders and other floriculture professionals, the most distinctive market introductions of the year were honoured. In addition to the expert jury awards, public awards were presented in all categories. Over the past weeks, finalists actively campaigned for votes and attracted strong support from the audience.
Royal FloraHolland’s annual award highlights innovative flowers, plants and concepts. The expert jury assessed the finalists on innovation, distinctiveness, commercial potential and appeal to both consumers and the market.

According to Pieter Bootsma, CEO of Royal FloraHolland, the finalists and winners demonstrate how innovative and resilient the floriculture sector is. “The Glass Tulip Awards once again show the tremendous creativity, craftsmanship and entrepreneurship present in our sector. Tonight’s winners not only inspire fellow growers but also contribute to a strong and future-proof floriculture industry. By continuing to innovate, we create value together for customers and consumers around the world.”
